Horizontal and vertical scaling:

In many print applications text will be scaled to fit the frame or media size. In version 3.5, CHILI Publisher now supports horizontal and vertical scaling of a text box.
Skewing of a frame is now also supported.

Font Preview:

Based on user feedback, CHILI Publisher 3.5 now features the ability to preview the actual look of fonts within a document.

IDML export:

CHILI Publisher documents can now be exported to IDML (InDesign® Markup Language). This export format improves compatibility of files with a wider range of Adobe® InDesign® versions. IDML is an XML-based format, introduced in Adobe® InDesign® CS4, for representing InDesign® content.
