Challenge
Tharstern are a UK based Print MIS company saving businesses time and money by increasing efficiency, providing a solution to speed up the estimating process and streamlining workflow.
Enhanced integration and extended capabilities were required to be delivered by Tharstern’s e4print PRO MIS solution.
With CHILI publish’s online editor users would be able to create and follow their orders in the e4print workflow as well as edit documents in a ‘wysiwyg’ fashion. This in turn would make templating simpler, quicker and lower the skill levels required for print buyers to be able to manage collateral online.
The mature and feature-rich functionality of CHILI publish would also enabled Tharstern to introduce a completely new content approval process.
Solution
CHILI publish is designed to be integrated and Tharstern was able to offer an out-of-the box product, so end-users can start right away.
CHILI offered many configuration options but the majority of the functionality was already been taken care of by e4print PRO.
From both a commercial and technical point of view the embedding of CHILI Publisher within Tharstern e4Print PRO was very simple. The opportunities for Tharstern to now offer a complete solution are quite amazing and alleviated any initial concerns from the most skeptical in the team.
