Workflowz is an international solution provider of pre-media technology for the creative industry. Based in Farnborough, Hampshire our small but dedicated team offer software solutions to global clients. As part of the inside sales team, the two Sales Executives we are recruiting for will be responsible for generating leads, following up on enquiries and providing crucial information in the opening stages of the sales process.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive you should be able to:
- Develop a rapport with leading industry professionals through cold calling, LinkedIn and email relationships
- Provide a detailed analysis of a company to hand over to the field sales team
- Actively research and seek out new business opportunities
- Make outbound business to business calls, follow up on inbound leads as well as provide and record cohesive information for the marketing team
- Autonomously familiarise yourself with the software solutions Workflowz offers and keep abreast of any updates

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To identify and develop prospects and to work with individuals customers to understand their needs handing over crucial information to the senior sales team.
DAILY TASKS:
· To prospect for new customers, generate warm leads in relation to Workflowz solutions.
· To build rapport and understand customer requirements.
· To achieve monthly targets.
· To develop relationships to win new business.
· To work as a full member of the team working with colleagues to provide a seamless service to clients.
· To ensure that a thorough understanding and up to date knowledge of all solutions are maintained.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
· 1 year sales experience and the ability to achieve targets
· Good communication skills, well-organised and a strong sense of teamwork
· Experience or a keen interest in technology – specifically SaaS
· Salesforce experience
· Ability to deal with senior stakeholders and a professional telephone manner
